I am exercising almost daily the last 7 weeks to walking tapes; and did lose a few pounds; and it is kind of both.
ReplyDeleteI'm watching what I eat most of the time.. but than I had a nice bowl of ice cream the last two nights.. since not dieting constantly. More like trying to eat healthy with less calories and than enjoying a GREAT TREAT a few times a week.

Right now I am focusing on eating healthier. I want to get the "taste" for junk food out of my system, then I am going to transition to monitoring my calorie intake.

I'm mainly eating healthy. I'm a vegetarian and have found a lot of the pounds have just come off over time of eating well and even doing just a little bit of exercise.
