For over 20 years, I've lived with IBS. It originally started from being in a bad relationship, having too much stress over the years, and building up, until it started taking it's toll on my nerves, having anxiety and having stomache problems.
I've read over the years alot on IBS, but since I've been having more troubles with foods I've been eating lately, I've had to do more reading and more research, arming myself with whatever knowledge I can .
I was given the opportunity to review the book: IBS For Dummies by Carolyn Dean and L. Christine Wheeler by my good friends over at John Wiley &Sons CDA Ltd.
I love this book- and anyone with food related problems will too:
-you'll learn what foods will trigger problems
-you'll learn to eat healthier for better interstinal health
and you'll also be given over 100 healthy, family friendly recipes for every meal.
We would like to make eating easier for one lucky Canadian reader, by offering the same book for them.
A random draw will be made on May 21, 2010 from all entries recieved, by Random.org
