Looking For A Site Designer

I am starting a new web site soon- and looking for a simple designer.
I have my domain already and going to be hosted on Blogger with this one as well.
If anyone does this and can offer speedy service,(as I want to be up soon since I'm going away next week), I would love to hear from you and your rates.
