This guy got frisked and got a citation from rangers today.. Gerry is sure he had been out here at least a month in this area- and technically only 14 days allowed in one area when camping on BLM land.( Burea of land management land). Will see if he will be packing up today or tomorrow. But did see he has a flat on his van. Around here ( Arizona) alot sleep in cars, vans, etc..
