Jakey is Loving His Open Farm Pet Food

Most of us like to try and eat healthy right? I know we do. We aren't 100 % perfect but we feel good when we know we're eating healthy food. 

Now, don't you think it's just as equally great if we can also feed our pets healthy? I know we feel good knowing Jakey (our 9 year old Yorkie) is eating "good for him food."

Recently hearing about a Toronto-based family business, Open Farm Pet Food, we decided to give them a try.

We saw that Open Farm Pet Food created Gently Cooked products.

Jakey LOVES their Surf & Turf Freeze Dried Dog Food. He can't get enough of it, and he is fussy!

I think we'll have to try more of their freeze dried flavors!

He also tried the 100% Grass Fed Beef Dry Dog Food. He likes it too but is more loving the freeze dried of the two we got.

I think all dogs will have their own preferences with food...

But something else to note- is that they also carry food for cats too.

And after a good meal.. well that always deserves the old- "I'm full" and time to lay down!
