I must say Gerry is getting good at doing some upholstery jobs we've needed doing.
In the first picture you can see the top of the bench, on right hand side, cracked. Jakey uses the bench all the time to jump up on and look out the window. Bench is a couple years old and has gotten it's share of wear from him up and down on there alot.
Gerry decided to remove the lid and replace with a leather cover-(we got the fabric at a 50% discount since we used my mom's Fabricland member card. Thanks mom!)
It turned out nice to say the least, and was a minimal effort to just remove the lid, take off the old fabric and replace with new.
