Now if this isn’t something that most of us can relate to. When you think about planning your wedding, you will no doubt think about how much you want it to be your special day. You think about all of the people turning up to watch you and the person you love tie the knot. But that knot can’t be tied without one drama, and some weddings have their fair share of dramas. Some of you will be wishing that you could have one drama to deal with. Because some weddings are just an absolute nightmare to plan. The shorter your deadline is the harder it’ll be. Just like you, your wedding guests will want to know absolutely everything from an early date. They become demanding, especially those who are in your actual wedding party, not necessarily the distant family members you’ve had to invite to keep your mom happy. So, we’re going to try and show you what to do when your wedding guests are getting too demanding, and if their demands are out of order or not.
Your Family
It’s common for the families involved to become the most demanding of all. They spend their time wishing that they can have things a certain way to make sure that they’re happy. Sometimes we think that parents in particular, fail to realise that it is your wedding and not theirs. So to sort this problem, you simply have to stop beating around the bush, and tell them you want your wedding the way you want it. Don’t let anyone strongarm you into doing anything that you don’t want to do. Your family will be your strongest support through it all as well, but sometimes we feel like moms can forget that it is not their wedding! It doesn’t matter who you have to let down to do so, as long as your wedding is perfect for you.
Your Bridesmaids
Your bridesmaids are another demanding party of people. Because they are such a big part of your wedding, and they do have to have so much planned out for them, it’s easy for them to get carried away with the requests. The colour of the dress always causes some sort of argument. Even if it not be to you, they’ll argue amongst themselves as to what colour would suit them best. If you check out searchbycolors.com, you’ll be able to find a range of colours and sizes that might suit your party involved. As long as they have some input they should come to common ground with you. Hopefully you can get colours to match the theme of your wedding, and definitely to match the groomsmen.
Problem Guests
Problem guests are usually the ones that come with demands such as asking for their kids to come when you’ve already said no children allowed. Or the ones who change their dietary requirements early on. To solve problem guests, you just need to stick to your original plan. Once you change it for one person, everyone has their demands!
