- 2 pouches StarKist Chicken Creations Buffalo Style
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
- 4 oz. packaged Neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until softened.
- Add the Neufchatel cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the Colby-Jack cheese and continue cooking until cheese completely melts.
- Stir in Chicken Creations and mix well.
- Serve with chips and vegetables.
- Ingredients
- 2 pouches StarKist Tuna Creations in BOLD Tapatio
- 1 cup black refried beans (or 1/2 cup smashed black beans)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup small diced tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled Queso Fresco cheese (or 1/2 cup Neufchatel cheese, room temperature)
- 1 cup small diced red onion
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 8, 8 oz. juice or martini glasses
- Directions
- Line up glasses on a work surface. Place 2 Tbsp. of refried beans in the bottom of each glass and smooth out.
- Top each with a layer of ~ 2 Tbsp. lettuce, followed by 2 Tbsp. tomatoes, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 2 Tbsp. red onion
- Top the red onion with 3 Tbsp. guacamole and spread evenly over the onion.
- Top the guacamole with ~ 1-1/2 Tbsp. Tuna. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables on the side.

- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped chipotle pepper
- 1 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. chopped mango or mango nectar
- 2 tsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- Directions
- Line up glasses on a work surface. Place 2 Tbsp. of refried beans in the bottom of each glass and smooth out.
- Top each with a layer of ~ 2 Tbsp. lettuce, followed by 2 Tbsp. tomatoes, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 2 Tbsp. red onion
