Book Review: Food Can Fix It by Dr Mehmet Oz
I must admit, I may not have the best eating habits at times. I have weaknesses like the next person, but I do practise moderation with everything, and I love reading about healthy eating. I even try to eat healthy. I do have alot of food intolerances though so am limited even to healthy fruit because of a fructose intolerance.
I have been reading a real good book- Food Can Fix It by Dr Mehmet Oz.

Dr Oz talks about how bad foods harm us and how the good ones heal and what you should be eating.
I've been totally absorbed in his book. It's an easy ready, nice color photos, recipes, and Dr Oz telling it like it is. Even HE grew up with the not the best eating habits. I think he had a mother like my own...always sweets in the house so we grew up with that sweet tooth that has always been hard to shake. Dr Oz helps offer some guidance to get you on a new path with food. Food Can Fix It by Dr Mehmet Oz is THE book to help you fight fat, defy aging and eat your way healthy!
I know this book will be a keeper for the book shelf- it's a great reference book you'll want to read over and over again. Food Can Fix It by Dr Mehmet Oz.
