Those plates look delicious and make great gifts! I've been so busy these past few months I didn't have time for any homemade holiday gifts and that was a shame. I'm sure the recipients of these gifts will be delighted!
I don't bake it all at once. I bake one thing at a time and then freeze it, over the course of the month, then get it all ready.
