What I like about The The Perfect Formula Diet is that it's really not a diet.It's a day to day approach of good, healthy eating. The rest,( you losing weight), is a bonus!
Author Janice Stanger tells you how to set yourself free from dieting.
I loved this book because I always love learning more about eating right- and I hate dieting! You'll love it too.
But don't take my word for it- read what others are saying as well.

  1. I am exercising almost daily the last 7 weeks to walking tapes; and did lose a few pounds; and it is kind of both.

    I'm watching what I eat most of the time.. but than I had a nice bowl of ice cream the last two nights.. since not dieting constantly. More like trying to eat healthy with less calories and than enjoying a GREAT TREAT a few times a week.

  3. Right now I am focusing on eating healthier. I want to get the "taste" for junk food out of my system, then I am going to transition to monitoring my calorie intake.

  12. I am going to school right now,really hard when you are 51 but it is fun, I live what I am doing. Cnn't wait to see what the future holds!
    I have 70 pounds to lose. I have FM so it is really imp to lose this weight. I am walking every day and watching what I eat. I could sure use some help to lose this baggage!!

  23. I'm mainly eating healthy. I'm a vegetarian and have found a lot of the pounds have just come off over time of eating well and even doing just a little bit of exercise.
