As the snow keeps falling, wind keeps howling and the temperatures dips to well below freezing, not many of us are eager to exercise outside.
However, healthy eating and exercise are vital at any time of the year. Our friends at the Running Room are now giving us an incentive to venture outside in the Fibre 1 Chill Challenge. Celebrate the leap year by walking or running for 20 min, on Wednesday, February 29th.
As an added bonus the first 10,000 people to register will receive a free toque.
