A Spot To Fill In

Gerry spent the day yesterday taking down the old car port that we used for storage. Over time he moved things into his shed and the bigger garage so didn't need it anymore, plus the tarp was ripping and getting brittle.

We had a wood floor in it too that was getting rotten, so it all came down.

Now we have an empty spot along the fence as well, that we'd like to plant some trees there this Fall or next year. We haven't decided what we'll do with that spot yet, we had had a garden there in the past but the soil or weather never yielded much. So we may try again with different black dirt or seed it in. We can decide next year I guess.
