Tuesday- June 10th- Orlando

Hello everyone! Day 2 in Orlando and another hot one it was. Temps got to 35 degrees today and that was already quite early in the day. Daughter Ria said it's only 8 degrees back home. She even had to close the petting zoo. We certainly have not had much of a summer back home at all. But still a bit too humid here today for me. 

We were suppose to go do a review of the Blue Man Group show tonight at Universal, but it has been raining very hard for the last few hours, and we just don't feel like getting soaked walking into the park to get there. Bought a rain jacket while on our holiday, but even just wearing it from the van to the condo my feet and legs got soaked so it's a night in!

We did go to Camping World today- bought a few things for the rv. Got to check out a 2012 rv in the showroom- $100,000-wow- but nice inside-lol

Did some souvenir shopping today and went to Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure. Wow- alot of people. Do make sure you wear good shoes while here- lots of walking, from where you are parking to the entrance of the park. We do recommend the Universal Express as well. You get to bypass the regular lines with these for all rides and attractions. No shortage of place to shop and places to eat for sure. Enjoy the photos! We spent a good few hours just walking around looking at the sites here.
