I have a few food intolerances. One being lactose intolerance and sensitivity to certain sugars. That is why I am glad I found the Soft Baked Cookies from Enjoy Life Foods.

I've been all been enjoying the cookies because they aren't only lactose free but tasty. They don’t contain any dairy sugars. They also are casein-free, which means they don't contain dairy proteins. 

Like all the other products from Enjoy Life Foods, the Soft baked Cookies are also made with natural sweeteners. They skip the refined sugars, and use a combination of natural fruit juices, honey, and pure brown cane sugar. 

Gerry says they are so soft and fluffy that it reminds him of eating cookie dough. We both love them not only because they are free of allergens but because they also taste so good- and I promise you, will be hard to just eat one or two!!
