Review and Giveaway-KettleWorx



I was quite excited to open my package from KettleWorx, ( as above-I chose the 5lb kettle ball).
 I always love to try new fitness and health products.
KettleWorx is a program that uses the kettlebell as a tool to deliver Cardio, Core and Resistance all in short 20 minute workouts.  There are even some 10 minute dvds that I recieved to start out with. Let me tell you, with a 5lb weighted bell, I felt it the next day. The dvds feature younger than I  men and women. However the exercises are simple to follow and not a complicated routine.That I liked.
It is said that if one follows the  program for 20 Minutes 3 x a Week, in six short weeks they will change their body in a positive way. I'm not sure how dedicated I will get with my full time job, but will try to squeeze what time in that I can with it- it is a great program!

  12. Does channel surfing qualify as exercise? I used to exercise a lot (treadmill, dance, etc.) but lately I've had zero motivation. Maybe this is exactly what I need to get me started again! :)

  53. I go to the gym a few days a week. I haven't added strength workouts back in yet. Mostly, I walk on a high incline on the treadmill, I do the rowing machine, and the elliptical.
