When cold weather strikes there is nothing more comforting than warm bowl of soup. It is an economical and versatile meal that you cannot help but love. There are so many different varieties available to you, make this month to discover your new favorite soup and products associated with National Soup Month.

Emeril and Snapware Team Up For National Soup Month-

Seafood and Mushroom Chowder-

Easy, Healthy, Tasty Homemade Gourmet Food With An Asian Flair.

Ham and Potato Chowder-

2 Tbs butter
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cups chicken stock/broth
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups diced ham
1/2 tsp thyme
1-1/2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 Tbs cornstarch blended in 1/4 cup water
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. When melted, add onions and
sauté until tender but not brown. Add stock, potatoes, ham, and thyme. Bring
to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover pot, and allow to cook until the
potatoes are tenderapproximately 20-30 minutes. Still over low heat, add
the cheese and the cream, stirring frequently, and allow to cook until the
cheese melts. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook just until
thickened. Taste and add salt and fresh-ground pepper. Serves 4-6.

The Original SoupMan” Lobster Bisque                               
Cheese Ravioli                  
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Recipe procedure:

Heat SoupMan Lobster Bisque soup as indicated on box.
Prepare entire bag of ravioli as per directions on bag.
Divide ravioli into 4 portions.
Ladle 4 oz. of heated SoupMan Lobster Bisque on each portion.
Sprinkle ½ oz of shredded parmesan cheese on each portion.
