Phoenix's Hard Rock Cafe

Sunday, March 30, 2014

While in Phoenix,( and in only about a week before we leave), we will be stopping by the **Hard Rock Café. These are always a lot of fun as you know a little what to expect from the franchise yet, each location throws in some unexpected regional flair. You will see some great Phoenix oriented Rock memorabilia in the restaurant and gift shop so it will be a great cultural experience as well. What makes things even more exciting is that they are introducing a new menu, featuring over 30 new offering including, desserts, salads, entrees and drinks! What WILL we try??
This menu was under over 14 months of strict culinary development and was extensively tested so it is sure to please the clientele. To see how extensive the development process was, you should know that over 27 different types of buns were sampled before brioche bun was selected. Research has also shown that many of the menu items were huge crowd pleasers and these stayed on the menu with maybe a little modification or two to better the dining experience.
We are very much looking forward to going to the Phoenix Hard Rock Café, and checking out the new menu and the local culture scene, with drinks on the patio, we can finally welcome spring.
