Left home this morning to Prince Albert- 4 hour drive south- where we dropped off Jake at the kennels, and also dropped off our cans/bottles at a recycle center- where we pocketed $11 for half a bag we cashed in. Always just donated to our local recycling center before, but this center is near the kennel that we drop Jakey off at, so we'll just save them for when we make a trip this way. Our local recycling center doesn't pay us for returns.
Stopped at Wendy's for lunch and used our $10 gift card, and then it was on to Saskatoon- a little over an hour away from Prince Albert.
We stopped at a camper dealer to look at a 2006 Sunseeker rv we had spotted online, for $30,000. Now its a matter of deciding whether or not we want to take the plunge and buy it, or keep looking around or get nothing. It was nice and only seems to need some cosmetic work. We'll have to think about it.
After looking at the rv, we did some shopping and then we went to check in at the Days Inn Saskatoon. We've stayed here before and love this hotel. They just offer alot of what we are looking for when needing a hotel in Saskatoon. Our room is comfy and clean, and can't wait to get a good night's sleep after driving most of the day.
