Yes, you really CAN make your own croutons. Was making a Cesar Salad for one, when I realized- no croutons. Searched online and found something simple:
I cut up one slice of bread for this single serving, tossed in a bit of melted butter and a sprinkle of garlic powder, tossed, and baked at 375 degrees for about 10- 15 minutes.
