Recently, I was diagnosed with Diverticulosis. Ways to help
treat it are drinking plenty of fluids. Also daily exercise is important.
Moderate activity, at least 2 1/2 hrs a week is recommended. No issues there- I exercise quite regularly and drink more than enough water. Always have my ice water with me.
A snack that I really like is popcorn though. But not all popcorn is created equally, in my opinion. And since it is
important to eat foods high in fiber, I found a popcorn called Popcorn Indiana. They have a healthy popcorn, made from whole grains. Whole grains are superior
to other grains, because they are rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and
minerals.
Popcorn Indiana has a lot of delicious flavors as well to pick from.
Such as Chicago Style Caramel Cheese popcorn, or Cheese Jalapeno popcorn. There
are also some seasonal popcorn flavors like Drizzlecorn popcorn. Popcorn drizzled with chocolate toppings- yum, yum!
