Time To Celebrate National Seafood Month With Salmon From Latitude 45

Celebrated every year throughout the month of October, National Seafood Month is an entire month dedicated to all seafood, from bass to shrimp and even salmon!
We love devilled eggs so wanted to share the Smoked Salmon Devilled Eggs recipe from Latitude 45. 
Their smoked salmon is always made from fresh salmon and smoked within 24 hours of leaving the water. All of their salmon is hand-selected to ensure premium quality. Also offering both cold smoked and smoke roasted salmon produced with their own special recipes.

                            SMOKED SALMON DEVILLED EGGS

3 oz Latitude 45 Traditional Smoked Atlantic Salmon
6 boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup diced red onion
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp dill


  1. Carefully peel the boiled eggs, slice in half and gently remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, place yolk, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper blend until smooth.
  3. Scoop or pipe the yolk mixture in the center of the eggs.
  4. Place salmon on top, then sprinkle with red onions, capers, dill and paprika.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
