I recieved The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Clean by Diane A. Welland, M.S., R.D., from Alpha books to review. I loved this book because it wasn't about dieting. It was just about healthy eating. For someone like myself who has a host of food intolerances, this book brought to light the eye opener of what foods are good, which are bad, and why. It explained it all in clear, easy reading and included chapters of great recipes, with simple easy ingrediants.
I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to eat healthier and get their fill of all natural foods.
