On April 22nd planet earth is celebrated each year. The celebration came about in the early 1970s with the birth of the modern environment movement. It was at that time that we as people began to realize we were harming the planet that sustains our life. Since, the 1970s people have been working to improve our planet in hopes to keep it working for decades to come. Various companies and individuals are doing their part to save the planet. Car companies are building eco friendly automobiles, townships and cities are urging their citizens to recycle, use less water and so on, and many people are jumping on board with the “green” movement. The entire month of April we will be promoting Earth Day in an effort to be aware of everything our beloved planet has to offer. What will you be doing this month to help the planet? Please visit our sponsers, who are all doing their part for our planet.
