Most of our laundry expenses will come from heating the water and drying the clothes-all relating to heat, so you will want to wash clothes in cold water and dry them on the line. If it allows for you, outdoors or indoors.You can also dry clothes on low heat if using the dryer.
I personally believe in washing my bedding however in warm/hot water to kill any potential dust mites.
Also make sure your link trap on your dryer is always clean and your dryer vent straight and clean.This will run a more efficient dryer.
