I love reading books on healthy living, health, foods that are good for us and the why of it all.

That's why I super excited to have the opportunity to review the book Foods That Harm, Foods That Heal- by Readers Digest Editors.**
Well, let me just say it has not disappointed and I have not been able to put the book down.
