How Was Your Halloween?

We bought enough chips and bars yesterday for about 150 kids.
My daughters started dipping into the candy before everyone started coming, and of course I got upset with them, as I didn't want to run short. I figured with it being a Saturday, there would be more kids as opposed to Halloween on a weekeday. I was wrong. We had about 75 kids.Not many kids seem to go anymore.
The population of our town is 1500 people, so aren't a big town.

Back in my day though, we had trick or treaters going house to house till at least 10 pm- now they are all done by 8 pm around here. We do however have to contend with the cold most years and the snow, as pictured.We have 2 inches of snow already and we usually see 3-4 feet during the winter.Weather is -3 C or 26 F.






My niece  21 month old niece Ainsley stopped by- she was a cute little flower!
