Blogger Problem- Can Anyone Help?

I'm having a Blogger problem and was wondering if anyone who uses Blogger can help. I used to be able to see the scissors for editing in the side bar but now they have disappeared.Now I can't make the adjustments I need to . Any ideas on how to get them back?

    When I'm doing edits, I am logged in but when I go to View Blog, I am getting logged out.

    when I'm in the dashboard it's ok bu then as soon as I click view blog, it disconnects me.

    Assuming you are using IE, under "tools" click on "internet options", then "privacy" and move the slider all the way down to "accept all cookies". This will keep you logged in when you go to "view blog".
    This has been a problem since the big blogger crash a month or two ago, and so far this has been the only "fix."
    I hope they resolve it soon - its also a problem for commentors.

    Just so you know alot of bloggers were having problems with blogger and they have switched over to word press.

    I don't think I'd be good using that...Blogger is eay to use.
