Quick Tip

My Sunbeam heating blanket started dying on me, and I need that blanket! We had -28 degree temps last night with the wind they say.
Granted, I have had the blanket for a year, but it has a 5 year warrenty on it as well. Please note importance of keeping warrenty booklets and reciepts when you buy bigger ticket items. I was able to call their 1-800#, where I was referred to a service agent. I was told to send my blanket in for a replacement of a new blanket. I will have to pay the one way shipping on this, but it's a small price to pay.
So always, always, before you buy it new again, call the customer service # for your product. They are most times quite willing to help.
