Review and Giveaway ( Canada Only )The Canadian Snowbird Guide by Douglas Gray
Wednesday, November 24, 2010
It's no secret that Gerry and I love to travel. We nickel and dime to go somewhere, anywhere- just to get away. Our winters are long here as well. The snow starts in late October and doesn't let up till May sometimes. I hate the cold too.I walk alot during the warmer months and would just like to be outdoors more in nice weather, then stuck indoors.
This is why a book like The Canadian Snowbird Guide by Douglas Gray, really appealed to us.
This is an interesting guide book. It is the fourth edition - updated and revised. It's everything you need to know about living part time in Mexico or the USA.
This book will come in handy for us on day when we get to that age and time in our lives where we may just want to spend most of our cold winters, south.
We are giving away a copy of this book to one lucky reader from Canada, in a random draw to be held December 5,2010 from all entries recieved.
To Enter:
Please tell me if you go away in the winter- either for a short holiday or for a few months.

This year, I am not going away but last year I went to Dominican Republic for a week. While we were there, we felt the shake of Haiti. We were scared.
