Quick Tips: Think Substitution When Cooking/Baking

If your cooking or baking, and come across an ingrediant you don't have in a recipe, think of ways you can substitute and perhaps use up other ingrediants you already have on hand.
Don't have bow tie pasta? Use penne or rotini.
No walnuts for the brownies? Try peanuts or almonds.
 No minced onion? Try fresh.
No cheddar cheese? Perhaps you could try mozza instead.
By substituting ingrediants you may find a whole new taste to an old recipe.
