A Healthier New Year

As the New Year begins, alot of you will have New Year's resolutions, and weight loss and/or healthier eating/living may be one of them.
I've always tried to live a healthy lifestyle- I love to walk in the outdoors in the nicer months , and bike indoors and use my kettlebell in the colder months.
Because of my IBS and food intolerances, I eat fairly good, but do have my "oh well" days too.
