It had been a while since I posted anything in "Your Opinion Counts", so I got a hold of some products I had recently been using and made some calls. I was on the hunt for some product coupons but my main call was about my probiotics I had bought:
-Swiss probiotics- really didn't agree with me. I had been using Webber and switched because I saw a "sale". Well, you know the old saying about "it's not a sale if.."
I called the company since Walmart would not take them back, and they had me send them back along with my postage reciept. They will be sending back the cost of them wholesale,( which is more than what I paid), plus my postage.So not a bad deal.
-ED Smith- no coupons but said they could print me off recipes. I though- I could do that at home if I wanted, so turned that offer down.
-Et Tu Caesar-sending coupons
-Nature Valley and Betty Crocker- no coupons
By calling product companies, and voicing your opinion about their products, you can often get coupons for your call, either cents off or free product coupons.
I have had great success e-mailing companies & complimenting them on products I love. A couple that come to mind are a Free Product Coupon from Duncan Hines, $2.00 off coupons for Jane's Chicken, $2.00 off coupons for Uncle Ben's and $5.00 off coupons for Colgate-Palmolive products.
